The welcome bonus must meet a 20x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn. This means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before becoming eligible to withdraw.

5.3 Misuse of Promotional Offers

If ba999e identifies misuse of any promotional offer, the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled and the account may be subject to investigation.

The following rules must be strictly followed when betting and playing games on ba999e:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game itself.
• Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, the result will be determined based on the server record.
• For cricket betting, bets can be placed on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and other international cricket matches.
• If a dispute arises over the outcome of any bet, ba999e's decision will be considered final.
• Using artificial intelligence, bots or automated systems to play games is prohibited.
